Amazing Salon

I absolutely love this salon! I've never gotten a bad service here :) They specialize in color and it shows- I get tons of compliments on my hair.

Great color, BAD cut!

Had a consultation with Monica, shared photos of what I was hoping to achieve, was given a quote for an amount, set up an appointment for the color and cut. Day of appointment did color and then cut, my hair WAS right at my behind before the appointment the length was NOT supposed to be cut, just layers in the face frame, when all was done stylist took pictures with cellphone to show me the back, well it was a picture taken from top looking down so the length seemed intact, once I got home I realized that my hair was cut to the bra strap area, was charged way more than the quote, I called her the next day upset but just agreed to get the color finished but no more cutting. When the next appointment came up, I get to my appointment only for her to insult me and tell me she didn’t feel comfortable doing my hair??? Seriously!

Poor service!

I tried booking with a “Monica gonzales” after several attempts and her replying then leaving me on read she blocks me and I call the owner to let her know what is going on and also she isn’t willing to do anything about which is very poor service! Please if your considering booking here save yourself the time and hassle. They are very rude and not to fun to work with!

I used this place for the first time two days ago for a haircut. Monica was great, I went back two days later for a little fix in my cut. She was off but there. She did a great fix. Live it.

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences at the I-35 location. Everyone from reception to my stylist have been friendly and professional. I absolutely adore Paytn! She always does a fabulous job cut, dying and styling my hair.
