Inconsistent, lazy, overpaid

I have fine, delicate curly hair, but live with chronic illness. When I started seeing Wendy in 2018, she assured that she would give me consistently classic cuts, which my hair needs to avoid excess hair fall. The first cut was great. After that, it became apparent that Wendy was growing increasingly bored of giving me the same classic cut, yet high maintenance cuts lead to hair loss. After losing 2/3 of my hair by the fall of 2019, she gave me better cuts—to a point where only an 1/8 of my hair was missing by April 2022. By August 2022, Wendy left my hair in such shambles that even the owner of the salon gave me a refund. In four years Wendy went from a junior stylist to advanced, yet her cuts were inconsistent, and she could be careless and lazy. Wendy's lazy cut last August has set me back 2.5 years. I lost so much hair. Beware of this inconsistent, overpaid stylist if you have fine, delicate hair.
