Terrible experience! After waiting weeks for things to finally open, I booked my cut with a $40 hair stylist who I had had once before and really liked. A woman took me back to wash my hair and then when I was seated in the chair with wet hair she proceeded to tell me that my hairdresser was three hours behind and that she, the owner, would be doing my hair. Her price though was $95 but she'd do it for $75. Why was I not given this choice before sitting there with wet hair! So I complied and proceeded to get the fastest cut of my life, in at 3:30, out on the sidewalk by 3:55. I had told her I liked my hair flat ironed but she said it didn't need it. She got rid of me as soon as she could. When I went to work today, my coworker commented that my hair looks uneven and certainly doesn't fall evenly, especially the back she said just looked messy. Very, very unhappy.... Will never go there ever again! Didn't even want to give them 1 star!
