Terrible experience! After waiting weeks for things to finally open, I booked my cut with a $40 hair stylist who I had had once before and really liked. A woman took me back to wash my hair and then when I was seated in the chair with wet hair she proceeded to tell me that my hairdresser was three hours behind and that she, the owner, would be doing my hair. Her price though was $95 but she'd do it for $75. Why was I not given this choice before sitting there with wet hair! So I complied and proceeded to get the fastest cut of my life, in at 3:30, out on the sidewalk by 3:55. I had told her I liked my hair flat ironed but she said it didn't need it. She got rid of me as soon as she could. When I went to work today, my coworker commented that my hair looks uneven and certainly doesn't fall evenly, especially the back she said just looked messy. Very, very unhappy.... Will never go there ever again! Didn't even want to give them 1 star!

I had the best experience at The Hair Company. Jann is just so wonderful. I took the plunge and cut off all my hair for the summer. She gave me such an amazing cut and style. I love it so much I don't think I will ever grown it out again. Also, I will never go to another stylist; Jann was so knowledgeable and friendly. Super impressed with her talent and professionalism. Keep up the great work!

If I could give a zero I would I have been a long standing customer of this salon but recently I am absolutely appalled by the service I have recieved. They have now cancelled my appointment twice without me requesting to do so, the first time it happened they squeezed me in and I had 95% of my service done by an assistant who honestly was terrible and I still got charged FULL PRICE! Take your business else where they don't care about their long standing loyal customers!

#1 Top Class Stylists. Always accompanied to my time schedule. A friendly, warm atmosphere. Aylsin & Katie are awesome Stylists & colour technicians. Ultra relaxing head massages, they use professional products. A highly recommended experience you'll never regret!

Amazing experience at The Hair Company, all the girls there are wonderful. I had my hair done by Henna and she was absolutely the best thing that has happened to my hair in 10 years. I would highly recommend her and this salon to friends and family :)

Love the Hair Company! Aylsin & Katie are amaZing colour technicians they are so caring of their clients. For you ladies that like to wear hair extensions they matched up the perfect colour to my hair extensions.I was so impressed! Theresa the owner is so genuine,takes the time to exsplain all the products my hair has never looked & felt so good... I live downtown Toronto it’s so worth the drive .. I highly recommend the hair company!!!
