I scheduled an 8 am appointment for a men's haircut and when I arrived, the stylist had double booked a color touchup. She seemed surprised that I was there and asked me what I was there for. I told her that I had an appointment for a haircut. Evidently she didn't record my appointment. I wast told to sit down and she went back to talking to the other customer. After 15 minutes and not a word spoken about when I would get my haircut, I decided to leave. I understand that things happen and appointments get missed / not recorded, but at least apologize for it, let the person know how long it will be and let them make a decision to stay or reschedule. The reviews that I've read about this salon were what brought me to make an appointment in the first place, but my experience will keep me from making another.
