Extremely Upset Customer
Went to A Cut Above for 9 years, When I got a bad haircut and tried to reschedule a correction, all I got was severe attitude from the owner. She fixed it somewhat, the whole time telling me that there wasn't anything wrong with the cut. But before she recut she said that the salon always had a problem with me. I was gobsmacked because I didn't think it was at all true and the year before I had spent $1200 there!! But I wasn't going to let that keep me from going back to get a correction.
I didn't go back for some time and then decided I'd give it another try. Maybe with the pandemic and all the owner had just been cranky. Today I called to schedule an appointment and they asked for a credit card on file. I just finished playing tennis and I didn't have my cards with me. I told the receptionist I would come this afternoon and bring my cards. She said OK and then immediately called back and said she couldn't hold.
Never again will I go back. Paula needs to treat customers better.
