I live very close to the location on Lake Ida and Jog Rd. It is convenient to go to this location. I usually go to Great Clips in Boynton Beach as they are great and do an excellent job. Since today was a holiday, I thought i would try this Great Clips location again. Last time I walked out as no one acknowledged me and ignored me for over a half hour. This time the same. I walked in there was one old lady and old man.(By the way old people you have all week to get your hair cut why wait till we working people only have weekends). No one said a word to me. I sat there and again no one acknowledged I was sitting there. They are rude, and could care less about customers. By the way, I tip well at least $20 a visit. I dont care about the drive to Great Clips as I ended up going there anyway. You should do something about this location as they are horrible and should be fired
