Rude and uncaring

I live very close to the location on Lake Ida and Jog Rd. It is convenient to go to this location. I usually go to Great Clips in Boynton Beach as they are great and do an excellent job. Since today was a holiday, I thought i would try this Great Clips location again. Last time I walked out as no one acknowledged me and ignored me for over a half hour. This time the same. I walked in there was one old lady and old man.(By the way old people you have all week to get your hair cut why wait till we working people only have weekends). No one said a word to me. I sat there and again no one acknowledged I was sitting there. They are rude, and could care less about customers. By the way, I tip well at least $20 a visit. I dont care about the drive to Great Clips as I ended up going there anyway. You should do something about this location as they are horrible and should be fired

If you go here, ask for Caryn. She's an awesome stylist with a hilarious personality. I have really curly hair and have gone to multiple locations that didn't know how to deal with curly hair. I didn't know they were even cutting it wrong until she cut it. I haven't gone to anyone else here but I can tell you she's definitely my favorite. Also, the rewards system is pretty good for getting some free stuff.

Horrible place. Asked if she knew how to feather hair? Said, "no" and a look on her face like she didn't want to be there. Why do they hire such people?

Caryn has been cutting my hair for the past few years. I now drive an extra 20 mins to see her since she was transferred from the Woolbright location (near 95) to San Marco (Jog Rd), but hey she's worth it. They should make her manager, because I'm sure they get all her regulars.

I just returned home from NOT getting my hair cut. I WISH I COULD RATE THIS ZERO STARS! Supercuts does not take appointments so it's nearly impossible to develop a relation with your desired stylist. After calling to make sure Genesis was available to cut my hair today, I arrived 15 minutes later, @ 4pm (She was scheduled to work until 5pm.), only to learn that she had just left for the day. Needless to say, I was very perturbed! I wasn't happy with a previous haircut from the one remaining stylist, so I walked out. I guess I'll have to find a new salon. BTW, this location has earned 19 stars/9 ratings = 2.1 total rating. That's a grade of "D" in my book.
