I have been an outstanding client for probably 10 years, Zaklina put microtip bead extentions in on Friday , I have been in pain bc they were put it wrong , I have contacted the supplier of the extentions with pictures of my hairI, they have told me the hair is not put in correctly. I also called 2 professionals and they told me the same,I am in so much pain and am not being relieved of it , I have to now pay someone else to help me.. I asked Zaklina to please fix them -she says she will for 100$ an hour, I am astounded by The fact that she put the extentions in and they are causing me pain bc they are wrong and wants to charge me for her mistake ,this to me is poor business ethic . Now I have to seek out new hairdressers bc Zaklina refuses to fix what she did. I am so dissapointed in her actions toward such a loyal client- I was told she would refund me 3504 but have not gotten the refund..
