Customer for 10 years

I have been an outstanding client for probably 10 years, Zaklina put microtip bead extentions in on Friday , I have been in pain bc they were put it wrong , I have contacted the supplier of the extentions with pictures of my hairI, they have told me the hair is not put in correctly. I also called 2 professionals and they told me the same,I am in so much pain and am not being relieved of it , I have to now pay someone else to help me.. I asked Zaklina to please fix them -she says she will for 100$ an hour, I am astounded by The fact that she put the extentions in and they are causing me pain bc they are wrong and wants to charge me for her mistake ,this to me is poor business ethic . Now I have to seek out new hairdressers bc Zaklina refuses to fix what she did. I am so dissapointed in her actions toward such a loyal client- I was told she would refund me 3504 but have not gotten the refund..

I am so happy I found Zaklina!!! She is the best!!! I go to her for everything hair related and love it!!! She takes care of my extensions, Brazilian blowouts, highlights/color, and hair cuts/styles. She does a fabulous job, and I will not go to anyone else! I initially reached out to her when I was interested in extensions. She did a great job of educating me on all types and ended up matching me with tape-in extensions that have a natural wave to them (similar to my hair). Once I started wearing them, I fell in love. Everyone thinks it's my natural hair and I have to tell them that it is not. That's how amazing they are. She is very fast and efficient putting them in as well. She is also super honest; she will not do any services if she feels you don't need them. I have gone to her earlier than required for retaping of my extensions and she asked me to wait and come back so that I can preserve them longer and save money. She has also suggested doing root touch-ups instead of highlights, which also saves money and my hair! She somehow manages to make my hair look like my highlights were refreshed, even with just the touch-up. You will not be disappointed with her!!!

From the moment you walk in there is a welcome home feel. The first time I went it was like Jackie had always done my hair. I said i just wanted a cut and then we talked about color and I went for it. Jackie knew from just by me saying I want highlights, which color would look best. I am so glad I found her. I don't think I could trust anyone else. She is amazing!!!!!

Once again I leave Zaklina with my color, cut and blow done to perfection. I am neurotic with my blonde highlights and NOONE from NY to Florida has gotten my color so beautiful. I always ended up going back to correct a spot that looked orange or uneven. and I am sooooo thankful to have finally found someone with such talent. If you are reading.my review and are looking for THE BEST run as fast as you can to Zaklina. To add to my review she is so Sweet and so accommodating. She came in on her day off for me!! If I could give her 100 stars I would. 💯💯💯

Zaklina is INCREDIBLE! She is a master of her craft! She is so knowledgeable about the most current styles, treatments, and products. When I first started coming to Zaklina, my hair was broken and damaged from years of chemical straightening and heat damage. She introduced me to the right blow dryers, brushes, olaplex and most importantly, hot heads extentsions! Now I have long, thick, voluminous hair! Zaklina also did all the hair and makeup for my wedding, which was absolutely stunning! She makes you look and feel confident and beautiful every time you come in to see her! Adorable, chic salon in the heart of downtown west palm beach! Highly recommend, in fact, I couldn't live without her! Love love love!
