Awesome. I barely ever leave reviews but I was so pleased that I knew I had to. I did not have an appointment and they took me as a walk-in no problem. I let my stylist know I have difficult hair and she said no problem leave it to me. Half an hour later Iâ€™m walking out with that GQ look I didnâ€™t know was possible with my hair. Laid back, comfortable and welcoming. Will be back for sure. ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

I have been a client of Cathy's for several years. She always does a great job with my color and cut and her blow outs are amazing. I have recommended several friends to Cathy and all of them love their results. I will keep recommending Cathy and One XI salon. If you are looking for great service and a relaxing atmosphere.... One XI salon is the place to go.

I scheduled an appointment at this salon for a single process hair coloring. I have been dying my hair for 15 years and have never had an issue. The stylist applied the dye to my hair and subsequently disappeared into a back room. When the stylist emerged after several minutes had gone by, I reported that I was experiencing pain and itching in my scalp. She told me this was normal and after wiping away some dye from the perimeter of my scalp, disappeared again. After another prolonged period of time, another stylist noticed that I was uncomfortable and offered me a drink. After a few minute the intial stylist emerged and said it was time to wash my hair out. I now have a 2.5 inch diameter, very painful, chemical burn and bad spot on the front of my scalp.

Best salon!! Beautiful place, friendly staff, excellent services. Imara is very knowledgeable with the color line and was so sweet! I felt pampered and LOVE the color, it came out perfectly! I would reccommend this salon 100%! See you again soon!

I have been going to One XI since they opened - I can say with confidence that Cathy and the One XI staff are the best! I used to work downtown when I first started getting my haircuts there, I switched careers about 4 years ago and left the downtown area. I could have found another place that was more convenient for my haircuts, but the level of service and the experience at One XI is unrivaled; every month I look forward to getting my haircut there because I always leave feeling relaxed and looking sharp. Everyone that works there is friendly and fun to be around - they take their time, pay attention to detail, and are very consistent in their work. I recently moved out of state so unfortunately I will have to find another place for my regular haircuts, but anytime I am back in West Palm I will make sure to stop by and see them. Thank you Cathy and your staff for all that you do - I will miss seeing you every month!
