Since my last review, I have spoken with many other women that have also received a horrific hair cut from Polly. I have also spoken with many other hairdressers whom have helped these women after a Polly cut. I did receive a refund but I feel that it is minimal at best. I am looking at at least 6 months to a year of regular maintenance until this horror show is completely out of my hair and I feel that she should be the one paying for it. What she has done is unacceptable and inexcusable. I don't know how she has been in business for as long as she has and actually question the fact if she even has a hairdressing license at all. I am submitting photos so you can see my hair before walking in to her salon and what it looked like walking out.
