Horror Show

Since my last review, I have spoken with many other women that have also received a horrific hair cut from Polly. I have also spoken with many other hairdressers whom have helped these women after a Polly cut. I did receive a refund but I feel that it is minimal at best. I am looking at at least 6 months to a year of regular maintenance until this horror show is completely out of my hair and I feel that she should be the one paying for it. What she has done is unacceptable and inexcusable. I don't know how she has been in business for as long as she has and actually question the fact if she even has a hairdressing license at all. I am submitting photos so you can see my hair before walking in to her salon and what it looked like walking out.

Horrific

Went in with an overgrown aline well past my shoulders and no bangs. Requested a shoulder length a line with curtain bangs. What Polly proceeded to give me was an uneven choppy mullet. I was first dry cut with random sections being pulled. Then I was brought over to be washed and blow dried. Then same process of just random hacking started all over again!

Great place to go for a hair cut, color or even a massage. Kara did an excellent job cutting my hair and coloring it. I think it's the best cut I have ever had. My hubby loves the color too. I keep running in to look at myself in the mirror haha!

Came here for my very first time. I'm in Mountain Home, from out of state, and I decided to get my eyebrows waxed. Had a wonderful experience. I had a sweet lady named Kara, she did a wonderful job.

Fabulous atmosphere. Each person that helped me was awesome. I was given a gift certificate for Christmas which included a massage, a manicure, a pedicure and a facial. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience, so much so I went back to have my hair cut and colored. Fabulous job.

Amanda does an extraordinary facial and skin treatment; you leave feeling refreshed and anew!! Plus, the ambiance is fabulous for the whole salon, along with her excellent company...highly recommend!
