Cut my son's hair. Very rough with him (he's never complained about this before), burned his forehead with a hot clipper. It looked like ski moguls. So mad I paid and left and came back the next day. It was properly fixed and I was blessed with a card for a whopping $2 off coupon. This is the second time a "new training class" with a trainer lady was there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Never again!
