2nd chance was worse than the first bad experience

Cut my son's hair. Very rough with him (he's never complained about this before), burned his forehead with a hot clipper. It looked like ski moguls. So mad I paid and left and came back the next day. It was properly fixed and I was blessed with a card for a whopping $2 off coupon. This is the second time a "new training class" with a trainer lady was there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Never again!

Had a great experience with Shelby. Did a men’s haircut with a fade and it turned out perfect! She was very friendly and warm and understood the concept for his hair. We knew we were in good hands when we watched the previous client getting a gorgeous hair styling by Shelby. Will be returning :)

Very good and professional! Great haircut. It's good to make an appointment as this Supercuts was busy. I was able to get an appointment 30 minutes after I arrived (and could do some shopping).

Have had my hair cut here 4 times since first getting to Ames in August. Haven’t had a bad experience. Stylists always listen to my requests and ask questions if they need. Adriana always does a great job and is my go-to.

I had Kisha who started the haircut out by being on the phone and was clearly not paying that close of attention to how she was cutting my hair. After buzzing the side fine she started trimming the top which is when she cut off almost half my hair. Not only did she chop off my hair she also tried styling in a way that I did not ask for and that did not look good in any sense. So at this location my requests were more or less disregarded while not paying attention to what she was doing and she just did what she wanted. Worst haircut I have ever gotten.
