I took my 10 year old son here for a haircut. Was told that wait would be 30 minutes, & we could wait outside of the store only. The front of the store has big glass windows & we were waiting in chairs there where we could be seen waiting. After more than 40 minutes, I called & spoke to the lady that had put us on the wait list. She ensured me we were next. We waited. The lady that put us on the wait list came out the front, I assume to go home for the day. We continued waiting. Another lady that was waiting in a car went into the store to be seen. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, & hoped we would be called any minute. After over an hour, I called again & inquired. I was told that WE WEREN'T EVEN ON THE WAIT LIST without any amends offered other than, "oh sorry, our system is just such a mess!" I am furious...over an hour completely wasted, lied to that we were on a list and "up next", my son never got his hair cut. I will never be back...don't waste your time or money here!!!
