Avoid...do not waste your time or money!!

I took my 10 year old son here for a haircut. Was told that wait would be 30 minutes, & we could wait outside of the store only. The front of the store has big glass windows & we were waiting in chairs there where we could be seen waiting. After more than 40 minutes, I called & spoke to the lady that had put us on the wait list. She ensured me we were next. We waited. The lady that put us on the wait list came out the front, I assume to go home for the day. We continued waiting. Another lady that was waiting in a car went into the store to be seen. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, & hoped we would be called any minute. After over an hour, I called again & inquired. I was told that WE WEREN'T EVEN ON THE WAIT LIST without any amends offered other than, "oh sorry, our system is just such a mess!" I am furious...over an hour completely wasted, lied to that we were on a list and "up next", my son never got his hair cut. I will never be back...don't waste your time or money here!!!

The atmosphere is instantly inviting and the personality and charisma the stylist named Nathan brings to Great Clips on Frederica Street in Owensboro Kentucky really is why me and alot of people continue to come back as repeat customers.. That guy forreal is the best stylist working for that establishment....HANDS DOWN...I can promise you that. He literally is really awesome to watch at work as well.. Nate brings picture quality haircuts to life with precision. I seriously watched him create hairstyles using his technique in under 15 minutes on each client and it's so flawless and perfected each time that it'll blow your mind how he does what he can do with-in such a short amount of time. He literally says (You gotta pic?) I swear he looks at the pic once and 10 or 15 minutes later you're thinking how the hell did he do that!!! This guy is going places!! You people better ride his coat tails cause he is too talented for the Great Clips franchise... Y'all better follow that mans skills...

Some of the students there are awesome. Some that are in training. Try real hard. Fair for the price

I had the worst experience today at the one on Frederica . Needless to say i left in tears . I was wanting layers and the lady was being very hateful and even told her coworker to shut up. She called me out in front of everyone about how i didn't know what i wanted. Rudest lady i ever dealt with. Never ever going back
