I walked in to Ulta Beauty in Oct for a spur of the moment haircut. K.C. did a great job; very personable and pleasant. I was pleased with the cut. I made an appointment to have some tape-in hair extensions installed for a very special occasion during Thanksgiving week. I have some obvious hair thinning due to age and am very uncomfortable with it. I agreed to come in with freshly washed hair for an 11:30 app. At 10:15 K.C. called to offer to have me come a bit earlier. I told her my hair was soaking wet and that I live in Glenburn but agreed. I arrived at 11AM. My hair was completely dry on the sides and top but a bit damp in the back. Literally, 1 minute with a blow dryer would have done it. But K.C. told me she would have to charge me $40 for a complete blow-out. She was clearly miffed about something. I am a senior citizen with limited income. I didn't have the $40. I was so disappointed and upset. But all she said was "have a great afternoon."
