I went in for an all over color to Ulta salon for the first time. I told Katie the front of my hair had already been bleach 6 weeks prior so It didn't need to be bleach again in order to do the mahogany red i wanted. She proceeded to put me in bleach wash where she ONLY bleached what had already been processed and didn't touch my dark. She then kept reapplying the color failing to realize it wasnt taking due to being overprocessed. She proceeded to cut my hair without combing since it was too damaged too and all gummy. She didn't blow dry and when I got home to finish what I paid for i realized she had COMPLETLY DEMOLISHED it and that the color was actually bright orange with my dark all stringy through it! I couldn't get a brush through it and cried all night. She clearly was brand new and had no clue what she was doing. 3 inches off my beautiful hair that was growing like a weed but now ill be lucky if it grows out thick as before or ever again. I'm sure she wont be fired.
