The most unprofessional experience ever
I made an appointment for box braids on a Thursday, including the standard deposit of $50. My appointment was for the following Sunday. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, because I got lost. I even called to tell them.
The stylist was braiding someone else's hair when I arrived. 2.5 hours later she was still braiding that person's hair - a relative - and made very little effort to work on my hair.
She did put some leave in conditioner spray on my head and put me under the dryer for an hour.
I left and she 'apologized' and said at least I got complementary conditioning.
Is this a joke? How do you book an appointment days in advance and make no effort to make the appointment work?
I have never in my life had such an unprofessional experience. Not even an attempt to return my $50 payment? A useless apology and no concern that I waited 2.5 hours.
I will never return and be sure to leave feedback EVERYWHERE on what an unprofessional experience I had at this place.
