Booked an appointment online for 11:30a with Melody Washington. Was told to come back at 12 noon cause she was running behind.Came back and sat til 12:30p..then I asked did I need to reschedule was told yes...I requested a refund...She had an attitude with me when she should've had it with her self for not contacting me ahead of time letting me know now bfr hand instead of her excuses at the time..I tooke off to get my hair did..wasted my time,gas,and deposit which I have yet to receive
