WORST salon experience of my life! I left in tears. At one point I was told by a staff member that the next time I get my hair cut, I need to go to someone who specializes in cutting hair! I have a bob style haircut that needed trimmed. And according to the staff, this is the most technical haircut a stylist can perform. The staff were not only rude but went so far as to laugh and make jokes at my expense to the other customers in the building. My hair was ripped out while the owner, in an attempt to "fix" the hackjob of a haircut, mentioned how dull the scissors were that she was using. On top of everything, the building is filthy and only continues to go down hill as a salon since the location changed ownership years ago.
