Haircut Nightmare!

WORST salon experience of my life! I left in tears. At one point I was told by a staff member that the next time I get my hair cut, I need to go to someone who specializes in cutting hair! I have a bob style haircut that needed trimmed. And according to the staff, this is the most technical haircut a stylist can perform. The staff were not only rude but went so far as to laugh and make jokes at my expense to the other customers in the building. My hair was ripped out while the owner, in an attempt to "fix" the hackjob of a haircut, mentioned how dull the scissors were that she was using. On top of everything, the building is filthy and only continues to go down hill as a salon since the location changed ownership years ago.

Hesitant to write a review because I don't want her to get booked up, but Liv is a hair goddess. I showed her my inspiration photo, but she worked WITH my hair to bring out my natural color and keep the integrity of my roots - which all and all is a complete masterpiece. She had to work with some not so great banding from a previous stylist, and my jaw dropped when she turned my chair around to show me the final product. I went from BLACK hair to Liv's creation in just one session with her. I won't go anywhere else now. She has me for life.

I had such an amazing experience at Liv Lively! I wasn't sure if short hair would look good on me, but Jadyn absolutely killed it ! My hair has never looked and felt this healthy and I've gotten tons of compliments. The salon itself is adorable, and I will definitely be returning

I have gotten my hair done by Jadyn and lashes/brows by Kinzi. THEY ARE AMAZING! Liv lively is such a wonderful salon with such a friendly staff. Their services are amazing and well priced.

I have been loyal to liv lively since it’s opening. Not only has my hair never looked/ felt better, I can seriously go to Olivia with the craziest asks and she sure delivers. Not only is the cute downtown location absolutely adorable the service is outstanding. Wouldn’t go anywhere else 10/10 would recommend to a friend in need of some serious hair care ;)

Love, love, love Michelle and the Kevin Murphy line of products. I always like getting some trial size products to try out different lines. Cutely decorated with colors of pink and Palm tree leaves wallpaper. Awesome boutique of clothing to pick from.
