Hello, I've been a customer of Shula, and Amy, for 11yrs. I hate walk ins, I always make appt. Let them know 1 day ahead I'm coming and what I need done. The walkins expect the stylists to drop what they are doing to service them. It doesn't work like that. The stylists will greet them and explain the time chair is available, they usually prefer a certain stylists, they are busier.
