The stylist washed the front and top of my head but did not wash the back until I asked her to. She dried my hair with a dryer and only when it was almost completely dry did she use a styling brush. The entire process took less than ten minutes. Of course the “style” fell completely flat by the time I got home. I texted Danielle the manager for a credit; she appreciated the feedback and said she promises “to make this right.” I never received the credit. I was going to an event and had to have my hair redone, this time by a PROFESSIONAL.
