WORST BLOW DRY EVER

The stylist washed the front and top of my head but did not wash the back until I asked her to. She dried my hair with a dryer and only when it was almost completely dry did she use a styling brush. The entire process took less than ten minutes. Of course the “style” fell completely flat by the time I got home. I texted Danielle the manager for a credit; she appreciated the feedback and said she promises “to make this right.” I never received the credit. I was going to an event and had to have my hair redone, this time by a PROFESSIONAL.

Charlie styled my hair the morning of my wedding - she did a perfect blowout. She's incredibly professional and really knows her stuff. I am so happy with her work - honestly, I've never been to a blow out bar before but after this experience, I am definitely coming back!! Thank you so much for everything : )

Jack - Horrible is experience for my wife. I gave her a blow dry package for a gift. She went there 3 times & they still couldn't get it right! Very inexperienced hair stylists. Terrible service. She's never going back.
