I met Janice while visiting my mother in Morganton. I have receipts and proof she did my hair. I paid $190 . Well to get started I had blonde highlights in my hair I told her that I wanted to go with warmer tones and carmel highlights for the fall, specifically told her that I do Not Want or like any Reds whatsoever. So I ended up leaving her salon horrified as my hair was black, red & pink absolutely nothing even close to the picture I showed her. The blonde 52 year old ditz that she has working for her said she was exhausted washing my hair so I ended up having hair color, die all over my face, ears & come to find out the next day when I had to find another hairdresser to correct all of Janice’s creative work” as she called it thank God I found another hairdresser with a brain and had to rewash my hair the next day and found out that my hair was still processing by Janice’s coworker. I called Janice asked for a refund she hung up on me numerous times. She’s unprofessional.
