DO NOT GO HERE!! Janice is HORRIBLE! Unprofessional & extremely Immature, RUDE

I met Janice while visiting my mother in Morganton. I have receipts and proof she did my hair. I paid $190 . Well to get started I had blonde highlights in my hair I told her that I wanted to go with warmer tones and carmel highlights for the fall, specifically told her that I do Not Want or like any Reds whatsoever. So I ended up leaving her salon horrified as my hair was black, red & pink absolutely nothing even close to the picture I showed her. The blonde 52 year old ditz that she has working for her said she was exhausted washing my hair so I ended up having hair color, die all over my face, ears & come to find out the next day when I had to find another hairdresser to correct all of Janice’s creative work” as she called it thank God I found another hairdresser with a brain and had to rewash my hair the next day and found out that my hair was still processing by Janice’s coworker. I called Janice asked for a refund she hung up on me numerous times. She’s unprofessional.

As a client of Salon Definitions, I am offered high quality styling and coloring! Janice is very professional and does a wonderful job with my hair! Aside from my liking the styling she has done on my hair, I also receive many compliments from friends!

Janice did an amazing job on my eyebrows. They have trouble growing correctly and she gave me tips and pointers and got them to arch better than anyone else ever has. Calling her Tues morning to get them done again!

I've been going to Janice for around 20 years and have no plans to stop. I've never been disappointed with any service I've received at her salon. Don't know how she does it but she always makes me look better than I should! I highly recommend her!

Salon Definition is whole heartily recommend this Salon! Janet is wonderful and she cares how you feel and your purpose for coming to her Salon! Anytime one enters that Salon are welcome with smiles and love! I highly recommend her services too you! She’s knowledgeable in every phase of your care! I've been a customer since 2005, so has my mom, her friends and most recently my son and Janice is the best salon owner/hair dresser in Morganton hands down. She's on another level than the rest and that is the reason I give her my business instead of a barber shop, the level of attenion to detail she has is amazing. Thank you Janice -Alex
