I called the 252 # and made an appointment for today (02/18/2023)at 9:30 am. I get there at 9:15 am. One of the braiders tell me to call her to inform her that I was there, I called and she says let me call you back. She calls me back 5 minutes later telling me the braider would be there shortly, she was coming from Raeilgh which is a 30-45 minute drive. I then ask her why did she schedule the appointment if she didn't have anyone to do my box braids already on site for my appointment. My time is valuable I wasted 40 mins of my time getting there on time to be treated as if my money didn't matter. I will never refer or step foot in that braiding shop again.
