I needed to have my hair flat ironed. When I called to make an appointment I ask the girl on the phone what the charge would be. She told me $15.50 or if I wanted to have it shampooed and blow dried it would be $5.00 more ... $20.50 I went in with clean dry hair. It took about 40 minutes as my hair is collarbone length. The stylist did a good job... It was only flat ironed. No product NOTHING extra. When I went to pay she asked me if I wanted to use the discount for people 60 and over... Of course I did🙂 She told me with the "whisper" discount it was $39.25. What ?? I said there must be a mistake that was not what I was quoted. She told me that was the call center who quoted me and it was incorrect. Are you kidding me ??? $39.25 for nothing more than a flat iron ? And that price was with the discount... The " whisper" discount. No offer to honor the quoted price or to adjust the price that was more than double the quote 🤷. I won't ever go back and I feel totally ripped off.
