I needed to have my hair flat ironed. When I called to make an appointment I ask the girl on the phone what the charge would be. She told me $15.50 or if I wanted to have it shampooed and blow dried it would be $5.00 more ... $20.50 I went in with clean dry hair. It took about 40 minutes as my hair is collarbone length. The stylist did a good job... It was only flat ironed. No product NOTHING extra. When I went to pay she asked me if I wanted to use the discount for people 60 and over... Of course I did🙂 She told me with the "whisper" discount it was $39.25. What ?? I said there must be a mistake that was not what I was quoted. She told me that was the call center who quoted me and it was incorrect. Are you kidding me ??? $39.25 for nothing more than a flat iron ? And that price was with the discount... The " whisper" discount. No offer to honor the quoted price or to adjust the price that was more than double the quote 🤷. I won't ever go back and I feel totally ripped off.

I'm not really the negative type, but I got one of the worst haircuts of my life here. I have counted five patches of hair so far that were not cut, no blending etc. Three stars because there was no wait, the price was cheap, the place was clean.

Just ruined my hair. I needed a trim and I have a choppy, blocky, uneven pixie.... the person kept blaming the terrible job they were doing on my cow lick or the fact that my hair was"porous". Now my hair is horrible. Going to much better salon now to try and salvage this. At least get it PROPERLY blended and even... ugh I've had a lot of hair cuts but never this bad. Don't go here.... maybe not everyone that works there is that bad but the person who did my hair very apparently didn't care and knew nothing about how to give a simple cut.
