I asked for a below-chin length, fringy-tousled volume shag with razored tips at the bottom of style. I even had pictures! - this is the length I want, this is the style. 'Stylist' Margaret assured me she is very experienced in a wide variety of current trends. **I had to stop her after she cut a HUGE gap at the left ear area. Outrageously unprofessional. The only way to 'fix it' was that she then kept trying to 'even it up' by making it shorter, and shorter. I now have a hacked, helmet-head long pixie with absolutely NO volume. The worse is that I had to pay for this. Oh well it will grow out - in a year or so. In the meantime I'll be wearing a hat. Save your money and your personal style - never ever choose Sudio M in Salem. EVER.
