Cost cutter service at mid level salon pricing

A non-engaged owner who doesn't invest in newer salon training or customer support protocol. Two to three stylist of many is average or above average. After a bad color and hack job when trying a new stylist, the manager would not even return my email regarding my poor service experience. There is a saying the fish rots from the head. In this case, a poor owner contributes to poor skills and customer care. I was going to this salon for 18 months and while they have expanded the location size a better use of funds would be to invest in your people. Its not hard to get in but problematic if you want to see the top stylist on short notice under a week) other than that there are many openings leading me to believe there is not much of a following for the remainder of the staff at this location.
