Cost cutter service at mid level salon pricing

A non-engaged owner who doesn't invest in newer salon training or customer support protocol. Two to three stylist of many is average or above average. After a bad color and hack job when trying a new stylist, the manager would not even return my email regarding my poor service experience. There is a saying the fish rots from the head. In this case, a poor owner contributes to poor skills and customer care. I was going to this salon for 18 months and while they have expanded the location size a better use of funds would be to invest in your people. Its not hard to get in but problematic if you want to see the top stylist on short notice under a week) other than that there are many openings leading me to believe there is not much of a following for the remainder of the staff at this location.

I see Carol. She always does a wonderful job on my hair. She's friendly and greets you with a smile. Listens to how you'd like your hair done. Been going to her for a couple years now and definitely continue. The building was recently remodeled inside. It looks great!

I am so happy to have found this place! Carol is my stylist and she is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented. I have curly hair and she had no problem giving me a great cut and tips on how to style my hair, as well as products to use.

I’ve always left the Beauty Mark a happy customer. Carol and Nevannah do a wonderful job! They are more like friends who just happen to know how to do eyelash extensions and hair.

Looove the beauty mark! I have been going to get my hair cut by Nevannah for a few years now. They recently updated the entire inside and made the salon bigger. Love the atmosphere and always leave with a great haircut.
