My daughter went there Today 10/5/23 for a wash and blow dry( no style) we were quoted $40. I told them my daughter was biracial with curly hair, length to mid back above bra strap when we called and scheduled the appt, even offering to send pic of her hair. She was dropped off and Rachelle the stylist saw her and still nothing was stated about price possibly changing. So they do her hair and my husband picks her up and they tell him the manager said they have to charge her $80 because it was like "blow drying her hair twice" They had my phone number, the minute it was decided that they were going pass whatever time frame they have set on blow drying hair I should of been called and told what my options were. I'd of picked her up and she could of blow dried it further at home. adding $10-$15 is one thing but to double the price was wrong and not let us know until you finished her hair. I paid the money even though they unjustly overcharged me but .You don't do that to customers.
