The worst color and cut I've ever had. The color looks like I did it myself with box hair dye. She used a permanent color on the roots and a different color gloss on the rest. The colors do not match. My hair is dark brown and you can see roots/difference in color. When she was putting the all over color on, she started to comb it though the top and front. Then she hit a few snarls and seemed to give up and barely rubbed it on the rest of my hair (back and underneath). The cut was terrible. He cut my bangs an inch shorter than what we had agreed. I had to tell him three time what side I part my hair on. After getting shampooed and blow dryed I still left with a glob of hair dye in my ear lobe. They do not have a system. Never asked my name or time of appointment when I arrived. The owner thought I was someone else. He referenced talking to me on the phone. I never called the salon. No idea how they have good ratings. STAY AWAY
