Wrong haircut and wrong color the consult she gave me was everything opposite of what I received today. I won't be back. My hair was supposed to be a violet brunette, it is a bright red/orange !!! ... Just don't go here. Never offered to correct to the correct color. Usually I give like a $30 tip, I only tipped $5 because there was not even an apology, just kept on defending herself. Unbelievable !!! Orange Red !!! She was not even paying attention to the haircut, every person who worked there kept distracting her, I don't even think she looked at my hair 5 minutes while she was cutting it. She says she has been there 20 years. Unbelievable !!! Layers are scattered and very uneven... My hair looks like a big mistake. I politely communicated my disappointment, politely, but very directly. She didn't care, so I didn't care about the tip.
