My son's hair was butchered and I had to listen to the stylists gossiping about a co-worker. My stylist was Lauren. Incompetent and loud-mouthed. Tatoos, piercings--definitely ghetto stylists. Not a family-friendly shop. They don't know how to cut a child's hair. Possibly no patience is the issue.Or just not paying attention because their chatter seems more important to them. Lousy customer service.
