Avoid at all costs!

My son's hair was butchered and I had to listen to the stylists gossiping about a co-worker. My stylist was Lauren. Incompetent and loud-mouthed. Tatoos, piercings--definitely ghetto stylists. Not a family-friendly shop. They don't know how to cut a child's hair. Possibly no patience is the issue.Or just not paying attention because their chatter seems more important to them. Lousy customer service.

Heather has always been, and will always be, my favorite hair stylist. She is always on point and she is the most kind hearted person I have ever met. She always does an amazing job and did an amazing job today. She is the only person my momma trust to cut her hair, which is a shag cut with a natural feather. Thank you Heather for always being so fantastic!

My kid always get the cut he likes here. But last time I took him, I paid for a cut and shampoo. After we left he told me they didn't shampoo him. Make sure you get the service you paid for!

Seems you don't read. As I said before. I am on the Chehalis great clips review section on Google. Spacificly naming this Chehalis location. Again if you cannot read you shouldn't be replying to customers on here with any experience. My 10 minute hair cut was so bad I literally haven't had my hair cut since and its very long now and I have to go find some other place which I don't want to do considering I spent my entire life going to great clips. I'll have to drive to University Place, an hour away where I know the great clips has good stylists
