We booked an appointment here before Christmas and we were in and out within 15 minutes - including taking off our coats. The hairdresser (Fatima) was rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. Barely spoke to my daughter or I, and just made conversation wtith her teenage helped, who cleaned and completed the transaction. Very surprising for a children's hair salon. She made zero effort at any kind of style, simply cut straight across, no sectioning etc. Other salons (First Choice etc) are way better. Would not recommend, and would never return.
