Rushed and no technique

We booked an appointment here before Christmas and we were in and out within 15 minutes - including taking off our coats. The hairdresser (Fatima) was rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. Barely spoke to my daughter or I, and just made conversation wtith her teenage helped, who cleaned and completed the transaction. Very surprising for a children's hair salon. She made zero effort at any kind of style, simply cut straight across, no sectioning etc. Other salons (First Choice etc) are way better. Would not recommend, and would never return.

My daughter had a great experience today at Ohana.. Fatima was very accommodating we even managed to get an earlier booking because we were running ahead of our schedule of the day.. upon setting foot in the salon you will sense the welcoming vibes and boutique like experience. Fatima cut my daughters hair so nice and she was very clear in asking what we wanted. After the cut she did her nails and my LO was over the moon.. just when you couldn’t think it could get better, we got 2 helium filled balloons and a lollipop. Will be back again for sure! I support small businesses that provide a personal experience for me to remember ❤️

Great service! Had Fatima cut both my girls hair and she did an amazing job! Both girls have different hair types, she knew exactly what styles suited them and she was so right. Both girls looked great! And they are still raving hours later and walking with a skip on their step! Lol.. Both my girls are 10 and 7! Great place to go, even though Fatima cut their hair the rest of the staff was super friendly, and approachable. Very welcoming place truly living by the " Ohana" motto!

I called 5 minutes before 9 am to ask if their 9am appointment that I saw online was still open. The lady responded "it is 9am right now" in a rude tone...like I didnt know the time. I was literally 5 minutes away but she never knew or asked just told me no, they cant take my daughter in for a hair cut. I found her to be rude and not friendly at all on the phone. We have been there twice before but I will certainly be taking my daughter somewhere else from now on.

My son and I always have a wonderful experience at every visit. All the staff are so friendly and very warm. Fatima does a great job and super fast. Highly recommend this place.
