Policy Announcement from Eleven & Co.
Recently we at Eleven & Co. have experienced last minute appointment cancellations and the odd no show. This situation, while unfortunate and explainable for those involved, does have an impact on our other clients as well as ourselves.
After considering this situation at length, and in deference to the vast majority of our clients, we feel it necessary to implement the following cancellation policy:
1 - Any scheduled appointment not cancelled within 24 hours will be subjected to a 50% charge for the scheduled services
2 - Any missed appointment without notification will be charged the full cost (100%) of the scheduled service
3 - All future appointments are to be secured with a credit card
Cancellation policies, while regrettable have become more and more evident across the industry. Covid has had something to do with it due the the extenuating hygiene protocols now implemented and the resulting restrictions in salon occupancy. Add to that no waiting room and its impact on scheduling, and you can see how uninformed appointment cancellations impacts us all.
