I was referred here by my sister who loves this salon. I didn’t realize they do such great men’s cuts here as well. Probably the best haircut I’ve ever had, feels like it’s the first time somebody actually did my hair the way I want it. FIVE STARS This is a fabulous salon! I transferred from Montreal and went around Markham to several stylists only to be disappointed repeatedly. Salon Capricci is the ONLY place I will go now. Nathalie is most certainly one gifted artist and the proof is in all the compliments I keep receiving. The pricing is reasonable, the salon is clean and the girls are not pretentious, but very personable. I highly recommend this shop; you will NOT regret it.

I've been sugaring at a professional salon in Vaughan for over two years now and was in the area so decided to check it out since it was convenient. It was a horrible experience! The owner claims they do sugaring but really is only using sugar wax on your skin. She left patches of my hair claiming that it was all that would come off and ended up bruising my legs from the popsicle sticks that she repetitively used to put the sugar wax on my skin (you shouldn't even be using a popsicle stick in the first place if you're sugaring). Needless to say I ended up returning to Vaughan the next day to clean up the unprofessional mess she left. Moral of the story: stick to the one place you know of that does it best and don't venture out and try somewhere else because it's "convenient". They are definitely not body sugaring specialist's.

It was my second return to Teo yesterday. La Dawn is a dream. Everyone here is. I got the basic Aveda shampure and conditioner...I love it to say the least. Everyone was a huge help!!
04/2017- It was my first time at Teo and I was truly treated like a princess. The whole of the staff was so friendly. I was offered coffe/tea/water at least 3x and everyone who passed me did so with a smile. I really hope I'm not getting their names wrong and I'll edit if I did (been a few weeks since) but I believe it was Barbara who shaped my brows and LaDawn that styled my hair. They were SO nice and did a spot on job...should've snapped a photo.
I was shocked at the very affordable total. Perfect experience.
They have a huge display of amazing Aveda products in the front for purchase as well💗.

My rating is for eyelash extensions, I have not had my hair done here.
I was initially happy with the application. She was nice, listened to what I wanted (short but thick) and was very fast. However, there were several problems that arose afterwards.
Firstly, my eyes burned and stung from the glue, which has not happened to me before. There was so much glue, to the extent that there was crusty bits visible on the lashes. Further, the extensions were not adhered at the base, but further up. This meant that the base was "loose", and poked my eyelids uncomfortably. Even worse, many of my lashes ended up tangled and glued together. I had initially wanted to have them refilled over time, but unfortunately I will be removing these and trying another place.
