A nightmare from beginning to end and everywhere in between. Untrustworthy people with poor skills. I will not be going back here ever again... trust my advice, don’t waste your money or time here.

This review is in regards to the lash extensions and the owner. I went to get false lashes put on for my wedding. They began to fall off after 3 days. I called and left a msg (it was Sunday and they were closed until Tuesday). Today upon speaking with the owner I was informed that the lady who does lashes is on vacation and they do not have anyone else to fix them. When I asked for a refund because the lashes are suppose to last 3 weeks and only lasted 3 days, and now I have to pay for a full new set and find an hour to do it 4 days before my wedding, and she refused. She condescendingly accused me of putting a product on them that would make them fall off and therefore she would not refund my money. I had not put any products on my eye lashes and had only used oil free eyeliner and a water based makeup remover once. She insisted that it was my fault and now I am out the whole cost of lashes and inconvenienced with having to find someone to do them short notice for me. Again, I did not put anything on my lashes and the owner was extremely condescending and not at all helpful. Please do not make the mistake I did!
