Really? My family (5), all of us get our hair cut here and always pleased with style and cut. BUT.... I called to inquire about time to schedule a highlight and cut. I was told it would take 6 to 7 hours!!! I would love to have gotten it done there, but SIX-SEVEN hours seems extremely too long. So, if you need it done within the normal 2.5 to 3 hours, maybe rethink your choice. I have kids to pick up from school and this would never work. Start time 10am to 5'ish. Disappointed.

I won’t be back, unfortunately. I left feeling ugly and unwanted. The stylist spent less that ten minutes cutting my hair and I actually had to ask her to trim my bangs and try to blend the cut. She didn’t do a wash and after randomly chopping away for less than ten minutes says ‘that ok?’. I commented that I have no idea because it is not styled, so she asks how I style it, to which I tell her ‘I don’t know, because I have no idea what cut you gave me.’ She sighed, headed up a flat iron and put a couple kinks in my hair. Looked hideous, but I couldn’t stand to have her touch it anymore. Worst cut I’ve had in my life. Now I just hope I can find a professional to fix it.
