3 Stars because i am sympathetic that this is a school. I feel there should be more direct supervision from the instructors, especially for something that someone is extremely inexperienced with, my stylist told me she was very new to doing men's cuts, she asked me several times throughout the cut about things that i, as a customer, don't know, like how high to bring the sides being cut, if she should bring my sideburns down to the same length as the sides.... various things that should be taught in a classroom before you even hit the floor. The instructor came by at the start and end and seemed supportive of the student which was good, but not helpful for her learning, there were a few things that were super obvious to me were not right but i didn't want to be critical of her, i figured that was the instructors job, but he just let it go and said it looked good.
I really want to support people in the early stages of their careers, but without direct supervision and instruction, i just don't feel they're learning anything and i just end up with a sub par haircut, i likely wont return.
