The staff are very kind and light hearted (always joking and happy to see you). It is a quiet place on weekdays... which is what I prefer. No loud music and bunch of people being loud all the time. The place is very clean in comparison to some shops (the floors, the workspace, the sitting area are all constantly cleaned). The haircuts are good and definitely worth the price. The location is in the corner, so parking is never a problem and is usually 10 meters away from the shop.
To summarize, this is the closest thing to a local barbershop you would see in a TV SHOW. If you've never been here I'd highly suggest you give it a try!

I always received a very good service from Romina Spa. I had eyebrow tattoo and laser therapy for couple of times with pretty high satisfaction. As a registered practical nurse with rather long time experience, I am pretty concerned about the safety and healthy procedures during facial treatments. The hygiene, cleanliness, tidy, and organized place appealing to any customer and meet her expectations. This important is absolutely observed in Romina Spa that I strongly recommend to others. A new packaging kit including strile needle, disposal gloves, alcohol swap, tissues, wipes and cottons, opened for me for performing permanent eyebrow tattoo. Post procedure, the used needle placed in the sharp container, of course. Staff are professional, friendly, accountable, dedicated to people & strongly stick to public health protocols for customers' health & safety. However, I feel very comfortable with peace of mind to have business with Romina Spa & appreciated management for good service.

I am very happy with my Balayage Ombré hair that Hair Images' stylist Nancy Troung did. I had been to just a few hair salons here in Brampton but so far, this is my favorite. Grey is the new black Well, after 26 years of colouring my hair, I finally decided on Going Grey Gracefully. I have been on the fence about this for a few years but Covid helped me make this decision with not being able to go to the hairdresser, as well as the time, money, chemicals not to mention the horrid skunk line every three weeks and hours spent at the salon because of my “resistant roots”. I finally decided I have had it, enough fighting nature. I was so nervous and worried on transitioning, but the fabulous staff at Tangled Hair & Spa held my hand and helped me through this process! I highly recommend them to anyone else considering going back to their “natural colour”. Thanks to Crystal, Gina, Christina and Rachel - whaat a team!

I've been sugaring at a professional salon in Vaughan for over two years now and was in the area so decided to check it out since it was convenient. It was a horrible experience! The owner claims they do sugaring but really is only using sugar wax on your skin. She left patches of my hair claiming that it was all that would come off and ended up bruising my legs from the popsicle sticks that she repetitively used to put the sugar wax on my skin (you shouldn't even be using a popsicle stick in the first place if you're sugaring). Needless to say I ended up returning to Vaughan the next day to clean up the unprofessional mess she left. Moral of the story: stick to the one place you know of that does it best and don't venture out and try somewhere else because it's "convenient". They are definitely not body sugaring specialist's.
