I’ve been going to Ashleigh for highlights for over 5 years and she’s amazing! Whether I wanted to go lighter or darker she always took the time to find out what look I was trying to achieve and offered conservative suggestions. I’ve had so many compliments on my highlights and I am always quick to refer Ashleigh. If you want beautiful blond highlights then go see Ashleigh. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve just had my highlights done - another great appointment at Civello! Ashleigh has been doing my hair for 7 years and she’s amazing. She is punctual, attentive, and does a great job every time. I had some lowlights put in to break up the colour this time and it looks great, not ashy. She definitely listens to what you want and has lots of experience to know what can and can’t work on your hair. My only complaint would be the salon needs to invest in some new robes as they are getting a little tired looking.

First time visiting Civello, came in with 2 inch roots and found my colorist was fantastic. Granted, they're booking system online is a little inadequate, as i couldn't book for a bleach out and had to reschedule, and I was disappointed to find that I couldn't get a haircut after my color, which is also my fault because I do know that you have to book separately for color and cut, but if you're not aware of that I feel like that's something that they should tell you. But I found the care and consideration that I got at the salon was fantastic, the price point was exactly what I expected it to be, and the front desk staff we're totally cool. I am entirely satisfied with the service that I got and I will be a repeat customer. Appreciative 🙏

The staff at Civello are amazing. Very talented and very kind. I've been going to the Oakville location for years, but the prices have gotten too high. Paying for heat styling after spending $320 on services is ridiculous. Paying $50 for a toner for 10 highlights is ridiculous. I understand paying $135 for the colour and $100 for highlights... it's being applied by a Sr. level colourist. I'm paying for the product and their skills. If you want your customers to leave looking like they just payed almost $400 for their hair (after tip) stop charging them for heat styling and a toner that goes on for 5 min. No bottle of toner is worth $50.

I have been a long time loyal Civello Oakville client since my college days!! Which is a very long time:) I did move to box die during Covid but I have to say it is so good to be back in Ashleigh’s chair so she can work her magic once again. Ashleigh is a true talent and delivers exactly what I ask for. She is professional, knowledgeable, there to consult if I want to try something new, and I always enjoy our time together and leave feeling great! Highly recommend!!
