I hate having to leave a bad review as many members of my family and I have been clients of this salon since 2009. The staff is very friendly but DO NOT go here for balayage. Balayage is supposed to be a blended, soft look. What I got was a grown out foil look with very harsh lines. The salon would not refund any of my money but offered to have me back in to fix it for free -- unfortunately I don't trust the stylist to correct it as she already showed me that she doesn't have a good understanding of the technique required to get that blended look. Once bitten, twice shy ;) I wish them well but I would recommend that if you want a soft blended look to rather book somewhere else. I was very disappointed because it cost a lot of money (and now I will have to pay more to have it fixed by someone who has mastered balayage), and I feel embarrassed by how I look.

Took my 7 year old for a haircut, the stylist was sweet and friendly, she did a lovely job on my daughter's hair. Sadly, I didn't catch her name. The salon is very clean, and covid protocols are in effect

I got serviced by a guy called Matt for men's cut. I clearly told him from the beginning how I wanted my hair to be cut but he did not follow the instructions. He went on cutting my hair based on his perception and preference and my hair ended up being way too short. At very least, my hair should definitely not be uneven on the sides and the back. When I tried to tell him, he gave me bunch of reasons and got very defensive. In the end he did not finish his job aroound the front of hair and kick me out with my hair wet. I cannot believe I paid for the service in the end....

I went there today for a haircut with Alex, she did an AMAZING JOB. my hair feels so soft and she brought my hair back to life Everyone there is so professional and welcoming. I will definitely go back

Always a great experience here! Matt is such a cool and friendly guy, knows what he's doing and can do versatile cuts for Men. I found this place as I was avoiding the typical Men's salons because in my experience they only know how to do fades.
