I had such a great experience at this salon even though I called in for a last-minute appointment. My stylist Orianna was so nice, attentive and cut my hair exactly as we discussed. I will absolutely be coming back!!

I am super picky with my hair stylist. Mine had moved and I tried a few that I just didn’t “LOVE”. It was ok haircuts. My sister recommended Ricki, and I will NEVER go anywhere else. She, by far is my favorite hair stylist I have EVER been to. She listens, and you walk out with a great hair cut/style. If she moved, I would follow. Amazing at her job!

I went in for touching up my roots and they insisted on using their own products despite us agreeing beforehand that I could get my own products for my hair from home.After we were done with my hair colouring for the roots, one lady said that they couldn't blowdry my hair nor could I be allowed to diffuse my hair because we were supposedly "late". I was left leaving the store with my hair wet and with the rudest experience possible. Would not recommend this store at all! Take your money elsewhere!

Ricki nails my colour every single time! She literally gives you Pinterest perfect hair! I’ve never loved my hair so much! She is kind and sweet. Killer customer service as a business in general.
